Do I have to fulfill my orders?
No, Visual Society handles all aspects of order fulfillment, including printing and shipping. As a seller, all you need to do is upload your best images and promote your site.

Lost/Damaged Orders
Lost Packages: If the tracking information for an order says the package was delivered, Visual Society will not issue a free reprint or refund. However, if an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, Visual Society will reprint and reship a new order at no charge. When will my customers receive their orders?
Our printer vendors can take up to four business days to produce orders before they are shipped. The first day of production is the first business day after the order was placed. Weekends don't count for production time, even though many vendors work on fulfilling orders over the weekend. The transit time for each order depends on the product selected and client destination.
